Have a Dog Picnic

Here's how ...

Table Setting

Here's a table setting arrangement from Jamie Kisler and Michelle Caballero:

On a table (out of reach of dogs until you're ready to give things to them), place a red table cloth. Fill a large basket with cute picnic toys for the dogs to play with and take home.  From turkey legs to Grey Poop-on, you can put together some fun toys for your picnic dogs to play with.

The basket above contains (clockwise from top left) a large pull-apart plush hamburger, large pull-apart hot dog, plush carrot with squeaker, Pup Culture Wonder-Bred loaf canvas toy, talking plush catfish, medium plush hot dog, plush squeaker turkey leg, medium plush hamburger, Pup Culture 7-Pup canvas can, Pup Culture Grey Poop-on canvas jar.

In front of the basket is the Bubble Buddy, which blows bacon-scented bubbles to delight the picnic guests.

For snacks, there are (left of basket) Exclusively Dog cookies in carob chip and peanut butter, Exclusively Dog cheese crackers and (right of basket) Chocklick Brownie Bites, Pnutz, Doggie Rings, and Exclusively Dog sandwich cream cookies.

You can set place settings for each dog by filling a stainless bowl with toys and treats, and topping it off with the place cards.

Use dishes and bowls as decorating inspiration. A variety of types and colors, from elegant to whimsical, will inspire entire party themes. They make great centerpieces, place settings, and bases for gift baskets.   Next
